I offer FREE initial consultations. By the end of that consultation, I determine what I can do for you. If it's not an area of law in which I am comfortable, I will refer you to someone else. If you don't have a case, I will tell you. If I can help you, I will outline a plan and tell you how much I will need for a retainer (an amount I will ask for in advance, to bill against at an hourly rate). My fee is very competitive considering the extent of my courtroom experience.
